To maintain the integrity of our program, tuition must be paid regardless of child’s attendance. The tuition needs to be paid on Friday for the following week. We do not pro-rate tuition for absences or holiday breaks scheduled on the school calendar, neither if the school needs to be close for weather conditions. This amount is not refundable regardless of the child’s attendance.

Vacation:

Only full-time students who have attended Kid-A-Rama Academy for one full calendar year (twelve months) are entitled to take one week of tuition free vacation. Your child can not attended Kid-A-Rama Academy during that week.

Withdraw policy:

If you intend to withdraw your child from Kid-A-Rama Academy once your child has been enrolled, we require a two-week written notice of intent to withdraw.

Graduation Fee:

The $25.00 graduation fee is due and payable during the month of graduation. This amount is non-refundable.

Registration Fee:

The Registration Fee of $75.00 is due when submitting an application for enrollment. This amount is per child and is non-refundable.

Supply Fee:

The supply fee of $50.00 is due every August each year your child is enrolled. This fee covers the costs of supplies for your child for the year.

Wait list:

If you have interest in enrolling your child in Kid-A-Rama Academy, you can put your name on our wait list. But, if you want to reserve the spot, you need to pay the Security Deposit. This amount is non-refundable.

VPK Program:

Kid-A-Rama Academy offers a five full day VPK program. The payment schedule below is without any VPK funding payments. Each year, as VPK decides what amount they are paying per child, Kid-A-Rama Academy will be able to communicate to you the corresponding weekly tuition.

Hourly drop-in:

Our center offers an hourly drop‑in option. This service is available on a day‑by‑day basis, and you’ll need to come to the center the day before to secure the hours you need so we can plan staffing for the following day. Payment is required in cash at the time of scheduling. Please call the center for current pricing. All payments are non‑refundable.
